Universal cabinets

US type switchboards are universal LV switchboards with one or more bays with instrument filling according to the customer’s specification. They are designed primarily for industry, construction and energy. They can be supplied in one field or they can be assembled into different combinations of uniform depth. US type enclosures are always the design basis for the switchboards listed below. Switchboards are designed and manufactured according to standards ČSN EN 61 439-1 ed.2, ČSN EN 61 439-2 ed.2

AC self-consumption switchboards

Switchboards are used to secure the power supply of AC circuits of power equipment, drives of switching elements and electrical installations of electrical stations (HV and VHV).

DC self-consumption switchboards

Switchboards are used to provide power supply to DC control and signaling circuits, protection circuits, emergency lighting and other DC devices in power stations (HV and VHV).

Protection cabinets

The cabinets are designed for the installation of energy protection of lines and transformers, automatic control of transformers and chokes, communication elements and elements related to the operation of protections in HV and VHV power stations. They come standard with a glass front door.

Control cabinets

Control switchboards are designed for control and signaling of switching devices in the premises of indoor MV substations. Sets of US switchboards for power supply of technological equipment and building electrical installations.

Rated voltage: up to 3×400 / 230 V, 50 Hz, up to 220 V DC
Rated current of main busbars: max. 2500 A for IP00, max. 1600 A for IP4x
Short-circuit resistance of the switchgear: max. 73 kA / 1 s for a bus system
Protection against dangerous contact voltage: by automatic disconnection from the power supply
Switchboard protection: IPxx / 20 or IPxx / 20, where IP 00 – frame design, IP 40 – panel design, IP 43 – cabinet design
Construction: welded steel frame from “U” profile 35x35x3 mm or screwed from perforated profiles
Sheathing: steel sheet th. 1.5 mm (possibly 2 mm)
Surface treatment: powder paint (RAL – according to specification)
